These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of QLORide's website, mobile apps, and services. By using QLORide, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding agreement to use QLORide.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
3. Bookings and Payments
- All bookings are subject to driver and vehicle availability within our partner network.
- Prices shown at the time of booking include applicable base fare, per-km charges, driver allowance, and estimated tolls. Night charges apply only if your trip falls in the defined night slab.
- A 10% advance is required to confirm most bookings. The remainder is paid at trip start.
- Toll, parking, and permit charges beyond the booking estimate are reconciled at trip end based on actuals.
4. Confirmed = Guaranteed
Once confirmed, QLORide will make every reasonable effort to execute your trip as booked. In the rare event of an operational disruption beyond our control (force majeure, law enforcement action, severe weather), we will either provide a replacement or a full refund.
5. Rider Conduct
You agree not to: (a) damage the vehicle, (b) harass the driver or other passengers, (c) use QLORide for any unlawful purpose, (d) consume substances that are illegal under applicable law during the trip.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QLORide's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the fare paid for the trip in question.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
