A verified driver and inspected vehicle are assigned well before pickup. Drivers can't accept or reject trips — if one becomes unavailable, we allocate another from our partner network. That's what Confirmed = Guaranteed means.

How do I book an outstation trip?

Can my trip actually be cancelled by the driver?
No. Our Confirmed = Guaranteed promise means once your booking is confirmed, we find a driver. Drivers do not have accept/reject autonomy — if one is unavailable, we allocate another from our partner network.
What's included in the fare?
Base fare, per-km charges, driver allowance, applicable night charges, and estimated tolls. All shown upfront on the booking screen. Tolls are reconciled against actuals at trip end.
